Delivery Description for Talltoppen & Tallberget Series

 

Foundations
We supply dimensional drawings including loadings for plinth-, trench- or slab foundations.

Floor
Foundation felt. Trimmer joist 2x45x145 mm. Masonite joists 45x200 mm with ledgers, 25x100
mm, pre-nailed. Sub floor in fibreboard, adjusted in width. Insulation, 195 mm. Flooring (Baseco)
in kiln-dried pine, 25 mm (for lounge and loft). Flooring to be kept in unbroken, protective
packaging until required.
Particle boards, 22 mm (for remaining areas).

Walls
Cross-corner jointed Northern Scandinavian pine 58x136 mm. Planed tongue and grooved profiled
timber.
Fully marked and ready for assembly.
Inner side, exterior walls and loft walls: Windproof building paper. Glide beams 45x120 mm.
Insulation, 120 mm. (Talltoppen 90-120 includes extra studs and insulation, 45 mm.) Vapour
barrier. Timber panelling 22x136 mm. Walls in WC, utility and behind kitchen finished with
plasterboards, 13mm.
Partition walls: Studs 45x70 mm. Insulation, 45 mm. Plasterboards, 13 mm, on both sides.
Ventilation grilles in gable ends.
1 extra row of timber logs (Talltoppen 60-70)
In order to meet required head room at loft in Talltoppen 60-70, cabin is heightened with one extra
row of timber logs.

Roof
Talltoppen: Purlins 2x66x315 mm. Rafters 34x170 mm – cut to length.
Tallhöjden: Purlins 70x200 mm. Rafters 34x95 mm – cut to length.
Rough planed roof boards, tongued at ends, 21 mm. Sarking/liner felt. Battens and counter
battens.
Intermediate floor structure
Additional gluelam beam, 70x200mm, in intermediate floor structure.

Ceiling
Supporting roof trusses. Insulation, 95+120 mm. (Talltoppen 90-150 includes extra insulation,
120 mm.) Vapour barrier. Tongued and grooved profiled panelling, 15 mm – cut to length for
lounge and loft.

Finishing (Linings etc.)
Talltoppen: Triple bargeboard comprising 3x22x145mm for porch and 3x22x170mm for house.
Tallhöjden: Triple bargeboard comprising 2x22x145 mm and 1x22x170.
Fascia board 22x145 mm. Covered eaves. Exterior linings for windows and doors, 22x120 mm.
Fretted gable decoration. Interior rustic lining 21x75 mm. Floor skirting 19x95 mm.
Cornice 22x45 mm. Reveals in pine.

Windows and French doors
Openable/fixed (O/C) windows as per drawings. Triple glazed. LE-glass. Obscure glazing in WC.
Safety glass in all French doors. Trickle vents. Dip primed. Unpainted/unvarnished. Fittings in
aluminium. Sills for windows. Top sills when required (for gables without veranda).
Glazing bars as option.

Doors
Entrance door (DF); 1000/2000 for houses being below 90m2 in area, 1000/2100 for houses being
above 90m2 in area and Tallhöjden, with handle and cylinder lock, double glazed light (toughened
glazing when less than 1500 mm above floor ), frame and metal sill. Untreated.
Interior doors (DI); 900/2000 (door to closet 700/2000) for houses being below 90m2 in area,
900/2100 (door to closets being 700 and/or 800 mm wide) for houses being above 90m2 and
Tallhöjden. Rustic. Untreated. With handle and locks in non shiny chrome finish.

Porch / Veranda (when included)

Porch: 2 long, turned posts and 2 short knob-posts. Joists 45x145 mm. Impregnated decking
material, 28 mm. Balustrade of profile planed timber, 58x136 mm. Capping 34x115 mm. Liarbenches for fixed assembly (on some models).

Veranda: Trimmer joist 2x45x145 mm. Joists 45x145 mm. Impregnated sill bar, 45x70 mm.
Impregnated decking material, 28 mm.

Stair
L-stair with handrail and vault edge-rail. Varnished pine. For fixed assembly.

Sauna (when included)
Insulation, 45 mm, for surrounding walls. Vapour barrier. Sauna panelling, 15 mm, for walls.
Particle boards, 22 mm, for floor. 2 sauna benches. Sauna door with handle. Sauna device not
included.

Roof drainage system
Plastic coated plate in black colour.

Drawings
Every delivery includes a foundation drawing, main drawing and instructions for assembly.
Building Control Kit.

Access ramp
Additional drawings, and amendment of opening in timber walls, of access ramp.
Options:
1. T30 = Upgrade to white painted windows.
2. T33 = Glazing bars. Price per window light.
3. T34 = Change from fixed to openable windows. Price per window light.
4. T42 = Upgrade to Plannja roof Royal in standard colour incl accessories.
Standard colour; Black, Grey and Terracotta
5. T44 = Upgrade to Plannja roof Royal in non-standard colours incl accessories.
6. T45 = Upgrade to maintenance free, heavy duty roofing felt. Battens and counter
battens deducted.
7. T56 = Extra insulation walls, 45 mm, complete package. (Standard in Talltoppen 90-
120).
8. T57 = Extra insulation ceiling, 120 mm, complete package. (Standard in Talltoppen
90-120).

Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to make substitutions of similar or better quality in all deliveries without
affecting overall suitability and without prior notification (instructions and delivery descriptions
included).  Nails and screws not included.
