Foundation felt. Trimmer joist 2x34x120 mm. Joists
34x120 mm with ledgers, 25x100 mm.
Sub floor in fibreboard, adjusted in width. Suitable
for insulation. Flooring in kiln-dried pine,
22mm.
Flooring to be kept in unbroken, protective
packaging until required.
Exterior walls
Cross corner jointed Northern Scandinavian pine
58x136 mm. Planed tongue and grooved profiled
timber. Fully marked and ready for assembly.
Roof
Purlins 45x195 mm. Rafters 34x95 mm – cut to length.
Rough planed roof boards, tongued at
ends, 17mm. Maintenance free, heavy duty roofing
felt.
Roof construction dimensioned for 350 kg/m2 –
constructions for heavier loadings available on
request and against additional charge.
Ceiling
Battens 34x45 and 45x45 mm. Tongued and grooved
panelling, 15 mm.
Suitable for insulation.
Finishing (Battens, linings etc.)
Triple bargeboard comprising 3x22x145 mm. Water
board 22x95 mm. Fascia board 22x120 mm.
Exterior linings for windows and doors, 22x120 mm.
Fretted gable decoration.
Battens for linings around window- and doorframe,
45x45 mm. Interior lining 12x57 mm.
Floor skirting 12x57 mm. Cornice 22x45 mm.
Windows and door
Entrance door (DF); 900/1900, with handle and
cylinder lock, double-glazed light, frame & metal
sill.
Double glazed windows, sealed unit, D4-15. LE-glass.
Dip primed. Unpainted/unvarnished. Fittings
in brass. Openable. Sills for windows. Glazing bars
as option.
Veranda
Joists 34x95 mm. Impregnated decking material, 22
mm. Balustrade of profile planed timber,
58x136 mm.
Capping 34x115 mm. 2 turned posts.
Drawings
Every delivery includes a foundation drawing, main
drawing and instructions for assembly.
Options:
1. T01 = Partition wall(s)
Studs 45x45 mm c/c 600 mm. Insulation, 45 mm.
Particle boards, 10 mm, on both
sides.
2. T02 = Panelled inner side, exterior walls,
insulation excluded.
Windproof building paper. Glide beams 45x120 mm c/c
600 mm. Vapour barrier.
Timber panelling 22x136 mm. Walls in WC and behind
kitchen finished with
plasterboards, 13 mm.
3. T03 = Interior door, 700/1900 mm. Rustic.
Untreated. With handle.
