Floor
Trimmer joist. Joists, ready-made for laying out. Flooring in pine.
Walls
Cross corner jointed Northern Scandinavian pine, 34x136 mm. Planed tongue and grooved profiled
timber. Fully marked and ready for assembly.
Roof
Purlins. Rough planed roof boards, tongued at ends, 17 mm. Maintenance free, heavy duty roofing
felt.
Finishing (Battens, linings etc.)
Double bargeboard. Water board. Fascia board. Exterior linings for window and door.
Fretted gable decoration. Floor skirting. Cornice.
• Skalman 10 and 15
Front door 900/1900, with handle and cylinder lock, double-glazed light, ledge.
Double glazed window. Unpainted/unvarnished.
• Skalet 10 and 15
Single storage door with locking hasp. Width= 140 cm. Height= 190 cm.
• Skalman 15 Sauna
Front door 900/1900, with handle and cylinder lock, double-glazed light, ledge.
Sauna door 7-20, glazed, with handle.
Partition wall with bars and panelling, 15 mm, .
Ceiling cladding; panelling, 15 mm

Every delivery includes a foundation drawing, main drawing and instructions for assembly.
Options
1. Veranda (Skalman 10)
Floor area is 3,02x1,45 m. Handrail, 34x136 mm. NOTE! Rail has to be assembled in
connection with assembly of cabin. Floor; trimmer joist, joists and impregnated
decking. Decking material also to be used as capping. Height of rail is 60 cm above
veranda floor.
